We dispatch products as quickly as possible, using our contracted courier service. In some instances for over seas orders we may have to contact our courier service to confirm delivery charges. At iPharm we realize that, on occasion, a product may not reach you in the condition you had expected it. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for some reason you wish to return the product, please contact us by email first within 14 days of purchase at info@iPharm.ie stating your concern. If the wrong item has been dispatched by us, we will issue a replacement product, or a full refund, once we receive the returned product. We will take postage and packaging charges into account. Returns for any other reason will receive a refund once we receive the returned product. The cost of postage and packing in this instance is the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
